A specialist answers. Not a ticket maze.

OmniCanary pilots are set up personally by a Webex specialist — the same person who answers your questions afterward. Write to us and a human who knows your org replies.

What a pilot looks like.

step 01

A short call

We walk through what OmniCanary watches, what it can never touch, and what you want out of the trial.

step 02

Connect read-only

Your Full Admin authorizes the read-only app from Control Hub. Minutes, no installation, no write permission.

step 03

Findings the same day

The first full sync runs with visible progress, the first sweep evaluates your policies, and the findings are yours to keep.

Common questions.

What does OmniCanary need to get started?

One authorization of the read-only Service App by a Full Admin, from Webex Control Hub. That's the whole footprint — nothing is installed anywhere.

Can it change anything in our org?

Not unless you separately authorize the remediation app — a second, deliberate step you can simply never take. Without it, no write capability exists for your organization.

How do we disconnect?

Revoke the authorization in Control Hub. Our access ends within minutes, and your data is hard-purged from live systems within 30 days.

Who can join a pilot?

Webex organizations of any size. Pilots are partner-led today — there is deliberately no self-serve signup yet.

What does it cost?

Pilot terms are agreed directly, person to person. No credit-card forms, no surprise auto-renewals.

See what your org has been trying to tell you.

Pilots are set up personally, with a Webex specialist — not a signup form. Connect read-only, run the first scan, and keep the findings either way.
