Born from years of operating Webex estates.
OmniCanary was founded on years of hands-on experience operating and administering Webex estates — and on watching the same configuration problems surface again and again in Control Hub: the license nobody reclaimed, the room that went quiet on a Friday, the device three firmware versions behind its fleet.
The working principles are on this site rather than in a brochure: monitoring is read-only by architecture, findings are written so anyone can act on them, guided fixes wait for a named approval, automations run only within rules an authorized administrator has published — and incomplete data is labeled instead of hidden.
OmniCanary complements Webex Control Hub by turning operational signals into clear findings, controlled actions, and repeatable automation. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with Cisco.
